
The also rises over the plains of Kansas. From the upper half of Pike’s Peak, the cold air makes it hard to hold the camera steady. Echoing in the valleys and through the W’s are the sound of turbocharged Lambda motor- gradually increasing in loudness. Eyelids push closer together and focus on the left handed corner off in the distance. Waiting for the sparkling metallic blue nosed Hyundai Genesis to reveal itself. Then bam, its there, its moving faster than you expected- a little bit frightening- then downshift, downshift, into the next left hairpin… and the engine roars pulling the Genesis forward.
